この時点では自分自身にディクシャはできないので、他の人にディクシャを与えたら、その時自分自身を通してディクシャのエネルギーが流れるから、ディクシャが欲しいときにはほかの人にディクシャを与えましょうという話でした。

その後公式のホームページを見ると10月18日の記事で自分自身にディクシャできるようになったと告知されています。
その手順は１．光に感謝をささげる。 ２．両手を合わせる。（合掌でなくて両手で水を掬うような感じでしょうか） ３．手のひらの中心を前頭葉（髪の生え際のところ）に置く。

Give Sai Maa Diksha to Yourself!

Sai Maa has just announced that those trained in Sai Maa Diksha can now offer Diksha to themselves.

Traditionally, Sai Maa Diksha is a hands-on technique that is offered from one person to another. Now, those who are trained may place their hands on their own heads to offer themselves the blessing. When offering to ourselves, we follow all the same steps:

1. Offer our gratitude to the Light;
2. Bring the hands together;
3. Rest the center of the palms above the frontal lobe (at the hairline).

Sai Maa Diksha is a powerful technique to initiate and support the process of Enlightenment by pouring Light into the seeds of fear in the brain. The word Diksha means "initiation" and has existed for eons. Every Diksha is unique to the Master who offers it. Sai Maa Diksha carries the energy of Sai Maa's lineage and is a transmission of Light that we can all be trained to offer.
